The Kologik database can carry release fields, but current entries reviewed had a blank release date. A schema field is not the same as a public archive. The county also publishes no fixed retention period, so an old entry should not be expected to remain online for exactly 72 hours.

Match Runnels Releases to Court Events
A jail release sheet proves the physical event. The court record explains the legal basis. For county-level misdemeanor cases, the Runnels County Clerk provides an online criminal index, but the county describes that access as index only. The District Clerk and 119th District Court are the felony path. Look for a bond order, dismissal, judgment, sentence, commitment, revocation, or discharge document tied to the same cause number.
