The Site's Limited Role

This is a private reference website, not an office of Runnels County or the State of Texas. It does not maintain official records and cannot verify a person's current custody status, authorize a release, or submit government documents on anyone's behalf.

The site directs visitors to Runnels County inmate and jail-record resources, including records potentially available under the Texas Public Information Act, Government Code Chapter 552. It may also connect visitors with independently operated research tools.

Conditions of Acceptable Use

• Use the site only in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, threaten, or harass another person.
• Do not rely on site content for decisions about employment, housing, lending, or insurance.
• Do not attempt to enter accounts, servers, or restricted areas without authorization.
• Do not operate automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers against the site.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation or another visitor's ability to use it.

Fair Credit Reporting Act Restrictions

Runnels County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and does not supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising partners likewise do not provide screening services through this site. By using the site, you agree that its content will not be used for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions
• Tenant selection or any other housing-screening decision
• Judgments about creditworthiness or insurance premiums
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program
• Any additional purpose regulated by the FCRA

Resources Operated by Others

Links may point to release records, sheriff and corrections websites, government portals, legal-aid resources, or outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control and are not responsible for an outside site's content, data practices, availability, or operation, so review that provider's own terms before using it.

Service Provided Without Warranties

The site and its contents are offered "as is." No warranty or guarantee is made concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted access to the site
• The absence of errors, defects, or security vulnerabilities
• The scope or completeness of results supplied by a search partner

Custody information and public records can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Runnels County Sheriff's Office or any government agency.

If One Provision Cannot Be Enforced

If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted only to the extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue in effect.
