Entries in the Search Tool
When you enter a name or location in a search tool, that entry is transmitted to the third-party provider operating the tool. Runnels County Released Inmates does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Correspondence
If you send an email or use a contact form, the message and the contact details you provide are kept as needed to respond. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Details Collected During a Visit
As pages load, web systems may automatically record routine technical and usage information, including:
- Your internet protocol address
- The browser name and version in use
- Your device category and operating system
- Pages opened and the time spent on them
- The referring website, when one is available
- The date and time associated with each request
